Droppack is an individual proprietorship operating droppack.in, selling curated products sourced from verified suppliers across India.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• We do not store payment details on our servers.
• Failed payment refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, submit false information, or reproduce our content without permission.
