Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

We ship across India via our logistics partner, Shiprocket.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply or a refund minus shipping cost will be issued.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your complete delivery address including PIN code is accurate. Droppack is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbours or building security, wait 24 hours, then email us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will raise a complaint with the courier on your behalf.
