Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is significantly different from the description on our website
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Products with missing original packaging or tags
- Consumable products (once opened)
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@droppack.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via Shiprocket at no cost to you
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Razorpay may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the amount
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or wrong items. Size or colour exchanges are not available at this time.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted before dispatch only — email support@droppack.in
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; initiate a return after delivery
- Cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and report to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
